Seashore finds and a stitch adaptation inspired this kelplike necklace with brick stitch circles around potato pearls. If you're new to the stitch, practice with large seed beads before trying it with delicate size 14's. Use tiny seed beads for the fringe, which branches out like an exotic marine plant. The finished necklace looks expensive, yet seed beads keep the materials cost low.
