My design is inspired by mid-20th century collaged jewelry. Collaging, popular with designers such as Miriam Haskell, uses wire or thread to attach beads to a pierced metal plate. The elaborate jewelry pieces always remind me of glamorous movie stars at red-carpet premiers. Experiment with different bead types when making this design.
