Multiple overhand sliding knot

Place the tail alongside the cord length. Then wrap the tail loosely around both strands, working down toward the loop. Keep the wraps uncrossed. After the last wrap, bring the tail up through the wraps. Tighten it carefully to keep them from crossing. Pull the cord length to tighten the loop.
